He’s doing his literal best to stay afloat while everything around him is burning down. Everything is in shambles but he’s doing a stellar job of smiling like it’s okay, because it’s somewhat of a massive defense mechanism for him. He can disconnect himself from harder feelings as a means of self protection. It’s hard because he’s not in a place right now where he can be pinned down to talk because he’s trying his hardest to cope with something. There’s a truth about himself that he’s refusing to acknowledge, and he’s just carrying along his merry way while trying not to think deeply about it. He’s eventually going to fall out of his faux happy phase and heal, coming to terms with this truth. However it’s going to put him in a hard spot with himself, he’s going to noticeably be acting differently. It’s going to cause him to be acting shady around the people he’s close to. This truth might come out in a big way, the way he confesses it, because he’ll tire of hiding parts of himself. Transformation is impending.

What will BTS's Jungkook be doing post disbandment?

But as time goes along they will be forced to take it with grains of salt on the other side of the coin. I do see him opening social media and fucking around, showing off parts of himself. Even potential of a youtube channel where it's bite sized 5-10~ minute vlogs. I don't see him leaving the company, but possibly staying on for solo work. The biggest thing of all is that he's likely to stay just right where he is and take quite a bit of a vacation before returning to work in the industry. He's going to be quite honest with his feelings, but I do see him skirting around his deeper/darker feelings in relation to sadness. He's going to be very bright eyed and bushy tailed as normal.
