His ideal person has a childish side, but they know when to keep it under wraps around other people. They’re stubborn and can definitely be bratty, someone who can fight him back and give him a little attitude. This person might also struggle with things like insecurity and some mental health aspects, to which he can help support them and be their rock. But as time goes along they will be forced to take it with grains of salt on the other side of the coin. I do see him opening social media and fucking around, showing off parts of himself. Even potential of a youtube channel where it's bite sized 5-10~ minute vlogs. I don't see him leaving the company, but possibly staying on for solo work. The biggest thing of all is that he's likely to stay just right where he is and take quite a bit of a vacation before returning to work in the industry. He's going to be quite honest with his feelings, but I do see him skirting around his deeper/darker feelings in relation to sadness. He's going to be very bright eyed and bushy tailed as normal.
