They’re very balanced, and probably have a good amount of money themselves. They almost feel like a lawyer or someone who works somewhere respectable. It’s going to be very easy for them decide to get together, hardly any turmoil behind it. However both sides should be wary of this energy, because it can fizzle out as quickly as it started. It could go stale unless they’re both willing to mellow out and be ‘stale’ together.

Even potential of a youtube channel where it's bite sized 5-10~ minute vlogs. I don't see him leaving the company, but possibly staying on for solo work. The biggest thing of all is that he's likely to stay just right where he is and take quite a bit of a vacation before returning to work in the industry.
